Fix for ipmiUserSetUserName

Corrected ipmiUserSetUserName API signature

Tested:
1. Set username
Command: ipmitool -I lanplus -C 3 -p 623 -U root -P <password> -H <BMC-IP> user
set name 5 WIJGueNK
Response:               //Success
2. List users
 ipmitool user list 1
