Update DCMI asset tag commands
DCMI asset tag commands were still using the old IPMI API and
blocking dbus calls. This updates them to use the new API and
yielding dbus calls.
Tested: 'ipmitool dcmi asset_tag' and ipmitool dcmi set_asset_tag'
work the same as before
