storagehandler: move get FRU area info to new API

Rewritten "Get FRU inventory area info" command to use
the newly introduced IPMI provider API.

Tested:
Unable to verify as command was returning error
earlier too.

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
