main: Leverage sdeventplus common loop

This makes the memory leak workaround common as part of sdeventplus. Any
changes to that functionality can now be shared.

LPC Snoop Broadcast Daemon

This is a simple daemon which reads a file interface from an lpc-snoop driver and broadcasts the values read on DBus.
