msl: Add a max31785 MSL checking script

Add a script that checks the firmware revision of a max31785 hwmon
device and populates the MeetsMinimumShipLevel interface of the
specified inventory items.

Exposes generic hwmon entries as DBus objects.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
