Update algorithm to find iio hwmon instance

If the hwmon instance cannot be found via the path symlink, try to find
the instance via the phandle value in io-channels.

Exposes generic hwmon entries as DBus objects.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
