meson: use non-deprecated systemd packageconfig
Systemd's packageconfig file has both `systemdsystemunitdir` and
`systemd_system_unit_dir` defined. The non-underscore one appears
to be a deprecated alias[1]. Move to the non-deprecated /
underscore-separated variant.
