Pass discrete type/ID values into addThreshold

The ID has to be looked up separately in some cases
so can't always be the ID specified in the key_type object.

Exposes generic hwmon entries as DBus objects.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
