Interfaces for the sd_event_loop adaptation

The sd_event_loop is adapted for handling the udp socket for IPMI
network traffic, host console unix socket, character accumulate
interval timer & retry interval timer for the SOL payload.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
