size_t: ensure cstddef included

Latest upstream yocto appears to have removed a free include of cstddef.
This is causing compile failures for files which do not include it
properly.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To clean the repository run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
