Restart the systemd-networkd after setting the MAC address

In the case of DHCP enabled box,DHCP negotiation should
be initiated after change of MAC address.

Shouldn't wait for auto-renegotiation,as if different
machine gets the old mac address then we can have
duplicate IP problem.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
