vlan:Minor Fixes

=>Get the dhcp value from the conf File for the vlan interface.
=>Assign the mac address of the parnt interface to vlan interface.
=>Create the ipv6 child ip objects once create the vlan interface.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
