Change the dhcp configuration parameters default value to true

set the link local addressing to yes so that the interface gets
the zeroconfig ip, if unable to get the ip from DHCP server.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
