vlan: Modify create method to return an ObjectPath

This will be nice to have for ipmid so that it can easily figure out the
path of the new vlan object when it creates one.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To clean the repository run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
