Correct the MAC address format in Redfish

The MAC address format in Redfish requires 2 character per octet.
ether_ntoa() converts the MAC address to string but omits the
leading zeros which results in one character per octet.
Changed the conversion to display two characters for each octet.

Tested:
sit0 interface:
  "MACAddress": "00:00:00:00:00:00",

eth0 interface:
  "MACAddress": "00:bd:4f:29:0f:d2",

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To clean the repository run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
