unit-test: Introduce unit tests to phosphor-objmgr

Move a function to make more testable and add a test case for it

Testing: Verified 100% test coverage in processing.cpp

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To clean the repository run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
