psu-ng: De-glitch all faults Use DEGLITCH_LIMIT to determine all the faults. If a fault bit is on, do not consider that a fault until it is seen at least DEGLITCH_LIMIT times. With DEGLITCH_LIMIT set to 3, the monitor would need to see a fault bit on 3 times in a row before indicating that the power supply has that fault. inventoryPMBusAccessType
defines the pmbus access type, which tells the service which sysfs type to use to read the attributes. The possible values are:/sys/bus/i2c/devices/3-0069/
