Get the user
Need a way to get the user so we can use it to
change the user's password.
The path to change the user's password is
/xyz/openbmc_project/user/${user}/action/SetPassword
Part of openbmc/openbmc#2969
Tested: Verified I am storing the user.

npm run-script server
This will run it locally in http://localhost:8080.
https://<bmc-ip> and bypass the secure warning. You will see a JSON response with Login required message.http://localhost:8080. Enter the BMC IP, Username and Password (defaults: root/0penBmc).Now you are logged in.
