Run "npm update"

Ran "npm outdated" and noticed we had a lot of outdated packages.
Ran "npm update" and then tested.

Tested: Launched the dev server and pointed at a Witherspoon.
        Built the webui and loaded it on a Witherspoon. Did not
        obverse any regressions.
