host-bmc: Implement Connector interface

Adding support to host Connector dbus interface.  Based on the PDRs
received from remote PLDM terminus, PLDM hosts the dbus interface based
on the entity type.  The Connector interface is defined at [1].

Tested:
   Functional test passed
