oem-ampere: eventManager: Remove redundancy in Redfish MessageID
This commit removes redundant fields in Redfish MessageID used to log
Redfish events. This helps the messages be mapped correctly to Redfish
predefined registries.
Tested: Ampere's oem events can be logged successfully to Redfish.
