configs: Remove the OperatingSystemStatus sensor

The Operating System Status sensor has moved from
/org/openbmc/sensors to /xyz/openbmc_project/state/host0.
Remove the sensor from the org path.

Tested: Powered on a witherspoon to the Host OS.
