Add Support for SMBIOS VERSION - 3.5 As per SMBIOS specification(DSP0134) conformance guidelines,Before parsing the SMBIOS data the system will check for SMBIOS Version. Added 3.5 to the supported version.Now BMC will be able to validate the SMBIOS version.
