Add a function for resolving errors

Create a function that will take a callback and message as input
parameters. These will be used to find each error that matches, so that
the Resolved property can be set to true.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
