Fix power supply present delay

The member variable indicating a power supply is present should be
updated after the timer expires. If the message is not indicating
present, the variable should be set to false and the timer stopped.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
