Remove unused is_method_error calls

According to
https://lists.ozlabs.org/pipermail/openbmc/2018-October/013696.html,
message::is_method_error() will never fail and it doesn't need to
be called anymore.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
