meson: remove cppfs dependency

The dependency on the c++fs library is something very old from the C++14
era and is no longer necessary with a modern compiler.  Remove the
explicit dependency from the meson setup.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

  1. meson setup build
  2. ninja -C build

To clean the repository again run rm -rf build.
