build: remove reference to openpower-dbus-interfaces

org.open_power dbus interfaces are now covered by
phosphor-dbus-interfaces, so remove dependency on repository
which is no longer needed.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. meson build
    2. ninja -C build

To clean the repository again run `rm -rf build`.
