Add handling of /sys/kernel/debug/pmbus path

The STATUS_WORD, STATUS_INPUT, and other status command data will reside
under the /sys/kernel/debug/pmbus path. Update PMBus class to handle
that path type.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
