Subject: [PATCH] * ld.texinfo: Replace @ with @@ when it is part of the
text. Correct ordering of M68HC11 entry.
* doc/binutils.texi: Fix ordering of top level nodes.
Replace erroneous uses of @itemx with @item.
* bfd.texinfo: Replace @ with @@ when it is part of the text.
