op-build update July 15th
Updated versions of firestone.mk, habanero-xml.mk, palmetto-xml.mk, and
hostboot.mk to the latest.
Removed redundant hostboot patch:
hostboot-0003-Fix-handling-of-ECC-protected-partitions-at-runtime.patch
Tested on palmetto, habanero, and firestone. IPL all the way to
petitboot, with and without trace enabled.
