Add "after" PowerSupplyRedundancy mapper object

The org.openbmc.Sensors.service reads the value of
/xyz/openbmc_project/control/power_supply_redundancy
when starting to determine the value of
/xyz/openbmc_project/sensors/chassis/PowerSupplyRedundancy.
This happens in sensors.py.
