meta-phosphor: Update kernel to openbmc-20151210-1

 - Temporary AST setup for Palmetto and Barreleye
 - Ensure all IP will be reset on reboot

These changes should help us to be less acceptable to userspace messing
up the configuration and causing bugs like the failure to reboot.

OpenBMC

Build Status

Building

OpenBMC uses Yocto/Open-Embedded for a build system, which supports an out-of-tree build. It is recommended that you create an empty directory somewhere to hold the build. This directory will get big.

To start a build:

cd <builddir>
. <repodir>/openbmc-env
bitbake obmc-phosphor-image
