meta-amd: Add Linux kernel recipe for EthanolX.

This patch provides initial device tree for AMD EthanolX platform.
It describes I2c devices, Fans, Kcs devices, Uarts, Mac, LEDs, etc.

Also, this patch adds LM75 Sensor configuration to Linux Kernel.

meta-amd

The meta-amd project consists of collection of BSP and distro layers for AMD customer reference server platforms.

This repository contains a set of distro policy for AMD customer reference server platforms:

conf/ classes/ recipes-*/

Subsequent description applies to the distro policy for AMD customer reference server platforms only in conf, classes, and recipes-*, for description of the BSP layers consult the README files there.
