meta-ibm:p10bmc:fru-ipmi: remove feature
This feature is not needed on p10bmc systems and causes unwanted probing
of i2c hardware and journal entries.
Tested:
- Booted p10bmc machine and made sure it still worked as expected
and no new errors arose
