Subject: [PATCH] rpmplugins.c: call dlerror() prior to dlsym()
This is the recommended way in the manpage; if there is
a lingering error from an unrelated dl*() call that was
never obtained via dlerror(), it needs to be cleared
prior to calling dlsym().
