Remove check for the 'verify-full-signature' option

'verify-full-signature' option is a legacy option that was recently
dropped from the build configuration. Therefore the build system
shouldn't check it.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

  1. meson build
  2. ninja -C build

To clean the repository run rm -r build.
