fw update: tests for device

Tests for the device update flow.

Minimal PLDM packages are constructed in testcases and the update flow
is run on device instance.

These tests should check that the common code behaves as outlined in the
design [1]

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

  1. meson build
  2. ninja -C build

To clean the repository run rm -r build.
