phosphor-bmc-code-mgmt: let JedFileParser related var more descriptive

tagFQ -> tagFuseQuantity
tagUH -> tagUserCodeHex
tagUFM -> tagUserFlashMemory

To build this package, do the following steps:

  1. meson build
  2. ninja -C build

To clean the repository run rm -r build.
