control:p10bmc: Raise floor for any nonfunctional temperature sensor Initially, raise the fan floor when any temperature sensor is marked nonfunctional. If any of these temperature sensors do not require the fan floor to be raised to this target, they can be removed from this event and set to a different floor if necessary.
