include: Makefile_am: force symlink creation

Force symlink creation.  In the event, the daemon is being built and
installed when already present, should force creation of symlinks and
not fail on this case.

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
