Remove use of legacy bmc control interface

Tested:
Tested using below given command for cold/warm resets
>ipmitool mc reset [ warm | cold ] -I dbus

Resolves openbmc/openbmc#2919

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To full clean the repository again run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
