Add PMBus device hwmon debug access type

This can be used to find a file in:
/sys/kernel/debug/pmbus/hwmonX/<device type>

For example: /sys/kernel/debug/pmbus/hwmon3/cffps1

Code for detecting and analyzing power faults on Witherspoon.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
